Lysates/proteins: 25μg per lane.
Blocking buffer: 3% nonfat dry milk in TBST.
Detection: ECL Basic Kit (RM00020).
Exposure time: 60s.
Immunofluorescence analysis of 293T cells using DMT1/SLC11A2 Rabbit mAb (A23379) at dilution of 1:100 (40x lens). Blue: DAPI for nuclear staining.
Immunoprecipitation analysis of 300 μg extracts of 293F cells using 3 μg DMT1/SLC11A2 Rabbit mAb (A23379). Western blot was performed from the immunoprecipitate using DMT1/SLC11A2 Rabbit mAb antibody (A23379) at a dilition of 1:1000.
