The protein encoded by this gene belongs to class II of the histone deacetylase/acuc/apha family. It contains an internal duplication of two catalytic domains which appear to function independently of each other. Immunohistochemistry analysis of paraffin-embedded human breast cancer using HDAC6 Rabbit mAb (A3572) at dilution of 1:100 (40x lens).Perform microwave antigen retrieval with 10 mM PBS buffer pH 7.2 before commencing with IHC staining protocol.
Immunoprecipitation analysis of 300 μg extracts of HeLa cells using 3 μg HDAC6 antibody (A3572). Western blot was performed from the immunoprecipitate using HDAC6 antibody (A3572) at a dilution of 1:1000.
