Western blot analysis of extracts of various cell lines, using Pan Phospho-Tyrosine antibody (AP1162) at 1:1000 dilution.Jurkat cells and NIH/3T3 cells and C6 cells were treated by Pervanadate (1 mM) at 37℃ for 30 minutes.
Secondary antibody: HRP Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L) (AS014) at 1:10000 dilution.
Lysates/proteins: 25μg per lane.
Blocking buffer: 3% BSA.
Detection: ECL Basic Kit (RM00020).
Exposure time: 5s.
Immunoprecipitation analysis of 300 μg extracts of Jurkat (pervanadate) cells using 3 μg Pan Phospho-Tyrosine antibody (AP1162). Western blot was performed from the immunoprecipitate using Pan Phospho-Tyrosine antibody (AP1162) at a dilution of 1:1000.
