Instructions:

The following is for reference only: Use buffers containing calcium and magnesium ions such as HBSS, EBSS, etc. as a solvent to prepare 100× or 1000× storage solution, and then filter and sterilize with a low-protein adsorption filter (such as PVDF filter), and pack into Store small aliquots at -20°C to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Thaw on ice before use, and then dilute with the corresponding buffer according to the required working concentration. The recommended working concentration range of collagenase is 50-200U/mL or 0.5-2.5 mg/mL.
