Description
DMEM/High Glucose，is DMEM(Dulbecco’s Modified Eagle Medium)high sugar medium,which is improved on the basis of MEM medium, has been widely used in the culture of various cells presently. DMEM high sugar medium is widely used in cells with fast growth and low adhesion. It can be used for the culture of various mammalian primary cells, such as primary fibroblasts, nerve cells, glial cells, HUVEC, smooth muscle cells, etc. It can also be used for the culture of some cell lines, such as Hela, 293, COS-7 and PC-12, etc.
This product contains amino acids, vitamins, inorganic salts and other components needed for multi-type cell culture, without protein or growth factor; 5-10% serum or serum free additives should be added according to the cell type.
This product is filtered and sterilized by 0.1μmfilter membrane, containing 25 mM glucose, glutamine and sodium BT, without HEPES.
Storage condition:
Stored at 2-8℃, valid for 12 months.
