Bio-Activity Measured by its binding ability in a functional ELISA. Immobilized Human Annexin A5 at 10 μg/mL (100 μL/well) can bind Human GSTO1 with a linear range of 0.15-3.16 μg/mL. Purity > 97% by SDS-PAGE. Endotoxin < 1.0 EU/μg of the protein by LAL method.
